Family, friends, and colleagues have described a Professional Guidance and Counselor, Dr. Christine Udoh – Emokhare as a virtuous woman, dependable companion and family unifier.
This was the consensus of her relatives and guests at a surprise 50th birthday party organised by her husband Dr Paul Emokhare and friends at their Akobo residence in Ibadan.
The celebrant’s husband, Dr. Emokhare, who spoke glowingly about the woman he married 25 years ago, described her as a compassionate and admirable woman who embodies the virtues every family’s dream.
Dr. Emokhare who is also the former General Manager of Diamond FM, University of Ibadan, emphasised that his spouse is loving, kind hearted and reliable source of strength.
Speaking on behalf of the children, Ms. Dorothy Emokhare celebrated her mother as a powerful role model, pathfinder and the family’s unwavering cheerleader.
She emphasized on the inspiration her mother brings to their lives through her dedication and nurturing spirit.
Two among close friends of the celebrant also shared their reflections about her, describing her as respectful, hardworking and sweet-natured.
They highlighted the positive impression she leaves on everyone she meets, a testament to her generous and warm personality.
Responding with tears of joy to what she called a surprise but pleasant coup plot, the celebrant Dr. Christine Udoh-Emokhare expressed heartfelt gratitude for the love and support she has received over the years.
She thanked her husband for always bringing joy and happiness to their children and relatives, not forgetting all who have contributed to making her life journey remarkable.
The celebration which featured the celebration of the couple’s 25th Wedding anniversary included cutting of a birthday cake and dancing to a live musical band.
