The National President,Football Fans Club of Nigeria, Ambassador Oluwakemi Ogunfuwa has congratulated the newly-appointed Chairman of the National Sports Commission, Mallam Shehu Dikko, describing his appointment as appropriate.

She noted that the Kaduna born Football administrator will bring a speedy development to Nigerian sports and youths at large having Shehu Dikko at the helms of affairs. The Lagos based business tycoon assured. Former member of Lagos State Women’s football committee said:
“On behalf of the entire members and Executives of Football Fans Club of Nigeria, FFCN, I heartily rejoice with the astute football administrator who is also a marketing expert and former Chairman of Nigeria’s elite League, Mallam Shehu Dikko on the occasion of his appointment as the new Chairman, National Sports Commission. This appointment is no doubt a round peg in a round hole”

Shehu Dikko served as chairman of various committees in the NFF, including marketing and sponsorship, and was a member of the CAF Inter-Clubs Committee.
He is also a member of the FIFA Football Stakeholders Committee.
