The steering committees for the forthcoming Oyo APC Youth Summit, themed “Oyo APC Today and Tomorrow,” have been officially inaugurated by the State Youth Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Prince John Oyetunji Aremu.
The inauguration took place at the Oyo APC State Secretariat, Oke-Ado, Ibadan.
The committee, chaired by Oloye Abiola Oyeyemi, with the following sub-committee heads:
Hon. Adeyemi Adeyinka —Finance
Oladimeji Abass — Contact and Mobilisation
Hon. Tope Oye-Alamu —Security
Hadjia Fatima Hassan —Entertainment
Akinleye Akinkunmi — Venue and Protocol
Adesokan Fatai Azeez —Media and Publicity
While inaugurating the committee, Prince Aremu charged members to work diligently towards delivering a highly impactful and well-coordinated summit that will reflect the strength, unity, and collective vision of APC youths across Oyo State.
He emphasized that the summit must stand as a demonstration of the party’s cohesion and future-driven leadership.
In his response, the Planning Committee Chairman, Oloye Abiola Oyeyemi, appreciated the confidence reposed in the committee and acknowledged the enormity of the task ahead.
He expressed confidence that with teamwork, commitment, and a shared sense of purpose, the committee would successfully deliver a summit that strengthens the unity of the party.
Oyeyemi further urged all committee members to place party unity at the centre of their engagements and ensure that the summit becomes a rallying point for young progressives in Oyo State.
The summit is scheduled to hold on Wednesday 17th December, 2025.
